GRAMPS builds available for Slackware Distributions

GRAMPS builds are now available for Slackware Linux distributions. They are available through the normal release area. This started with the 2.0.5 release.
GRAMPS is a genealogy program for Linux and other UNIX-like systems. GRAMPS currently runs on Linux, BSD, and Solaris. For more information about getting GRAMPS, see the download page.

GRAMPS was selected as a “NOVELL: Cool solutions” tool. GRAMPS is a GNOME genealogy program for Linux and FreeBSD that allows you to easily build and keep track of your family tree.
Brother’s Keeper 6.2.2

Brother’s Keeper 6.2.2 is out. This release mostly adds new functions.
New:

* On File, Utility, Global search and replace, you can globally change the Media path name.
* Add Email line to address line for submitter information on Gedcom Export.
* On Edit if you enter a Media or Picture file name where the path and file name are over 150 characters long, it gives a warning.
* If you add a Witness to a marriage event, the Note that is added to the witness includes the names of both the husband and wife.
Fixed:
- Fixed a problem where an error occurred if you clicked the mouse near the left side of a blank Media grid.
