If you are are a current Family Tree Maker user, and want to upgrade, or you are planning on picking up Family Tree Maker 2006, and you haven’t ordered online, Family Tree Maker 2006 was released to retail stores in the USA and Canada today (whether they will be on the shelves today is unknown - several major retailers are still showing FTM 2005 in their stores with no sign of FTM 2006). Considering that a lot of software normally shows up on shelves on tuesdays (at least in the USA), chances are, that is when you’ll start seeing them.
