There is a new pre-release of Pocket Genealogist, v2.96.1 that is available for download, and offers fixes that include:
* Surname/Given Name processing
* Fixes for some problems when using 2-way sync in the Greek language
* Fixes for “Customize” screens that were affecting Windows 95/98/ME Users
Fixes for Windows genealogy applications:
* Changed PAF/FTM Genbridge imports to set the living/dead flag based on presence of a burial or death event. (You must re-import to see this change)
* Fix to Legacy V5 2-way synchronizing. (Introduced with 2.96 – would cause a “Changes also found in Legacy” warning which would stop the 2-way sync) Version 6 syncs were fine.
* Changed the RootsMagic profile to export notes in the proper format for RootsMagic. (Break lines within a word instead of between words)
