If you are running Windows 98 and are having problems with Legacy v6, you may want to check this thread in the Legacy Users Group/Mailing List. Some people have had problems with Windows 98 (unsure at this time if it’s just Windows 98 or Windows 98 SE as well), including what maybe hardware problems (video).
Overall, going by the mailing list, most people are extremely happy with Legacy v6, and Windows 98 problems appear to be isolated. If you are one of the few to have a problem with Windows 98 and Legacy v6, you should get in touch with Millenia’s Tech Support. You can also read this post on the mailing list that might explain your problems (it’s a limitation of Windows 98 and not Legacy).
